Profiterole tower

Could you imagine a tea party with a gigantic tower of fresh cream filled profiteroles and smothered in rich milk and dark chocolate sauce? Yes, I'd want to be there too!

 

 

 

Chocolate swirl pastries

 

I made these because well, what tea party is complete without Danish pastries? I absolutely love cinnamon swirl pastries and these are my inspiration for these chocolate swirl pastries.  I've never came across any with a chocolate filling before but they sure do look tasty.. I must look up a recipe for them!
